Rhys the water elf is the youngest member of the royal Razdani family and the only male in his generation.

He never graduated from the Emunici Royal Academy, yet attended for two of his first years. During his time there he studied nautical tactics and art. Rhys lives in the city proper of Emunici and spends most of the time in or near the waterways. He captains a boat called the Ravensbreath. It is named for the gifts of foresight that the raven transmits through its breath. The color of ravensbreath is amber with beads of blue.

He met his raven when he was in his first year, she flew into his dormitory window and became his guide in life.

Rhys has a special connection to Cherie the AGP pilot.
